I updated my message since I posted it last night at work because I only had so much time, I believe one of the main ingredients is the Lactoballius acidophlilus (because I increased the dosage(of the Probotics) and it's really helping my digestive flora and also because by taking the Chlorella (which helps heals the digestive system and cells in parts of the body) taking it with the probotics is causing the probotics to work 3 times more than they normally would. Also the chlorella detoxes the body so you may sweat a little as it starts working.  It's the Chlorella that has the most healing benefits. On the "I found a new Website" message I posted a website that gives this information, If you click on Chlorella it give information of what probotics can do when taken with Chlorella but I take mine after meals not before. I was taking 4 pills and now I'm taking 3 with every meal. Also Chlorella is an enzyme and contains vitamins and antioxidants. I hope this helps. But the probotics definitely helped too. And for those who are skepitcal about probotics the ones that contain other cultures like bifidus and lactoballius are ones that are pretty good but I know they have better, I get the Probotic Complex from GNC, and in order for the cultures to stay alive, refridgerate them.And digestive enzymes well chlorella has enzymes  too to  helps the food to digest.This site will tell you all about Chlorella, you can buy it online, at the site, (they seemed to be priced pretty good to be organic I may give this brand a try one day) other than that they have them at GNC and health food stores.
