yeah, i'm kind of a coffee enema fan now and will do one later today for sure. a weak liver definitely plays a role in my illness and it's the reason i have to take things slowly too. my fever shot up to 103 last night and i was considering going to the ER. but then i got a drenching nightsweat so i knew the fever was breaking and this morning i woke up with a stable temp of 99.2. i just can't do any "killing" until i make a full recovery so i have to focus on detox (charcoal, Bentonite clay, CE's). though extremely painful, it was so interesting to see my original symptoms from when i fell ill 12 years ago surface. if Hering's Law is true, then i'm on the right path. who knows, after i recover from this healing crisis i might be at a whole new level of health. that would be peachy :-)

yeah, hop on the sauna wagon if you can. i use an ozone steam sauna at least 5 days a week....with the exception of this week. i would use an infrared sauna if i wasn't already committed to ozone therapy. after every sauna treatment my towel has black, yellow, and brown stains. it's really nice to see the proof of the garbage flowing out of me.
