I'm glad it helped. I read on one of the CZ forums about someone who does them daily for general detox. I have been doing them for 3-4 weeks every day since my last failed LF. I then started reading Detoxify or Die by Sherry Rogers. She devotes several pages to the CE. She also recommends Far Infrared Sauna but I don't have one....yet...so I have been sunbathing and sweat a lot so that may help too if you can do it.

I have since reduced the Olive Leaf extract to once a day. I find if I do end up getting a headache the Coffee-Enema takes them away, if I do more than that the Coffee-Enema does not help. So slow but steady for me.
