I haven't seen the doco, I live in Australia. I have seen a lot of people helped by Ayurvedic medicine in India. My father found it a great help with his high blood pressure. I think its great that Science is now starting to understand how some of the old medicinal practices actually work. Scientists tend to get a bit of a blasting by many alternative healers, but I personally know scientists that are studying alternative practices to gain an understanding of how they work and why they work. This helps sort out the good things from the mumbo jumbo for many people.

I've never done oil pulling, I've read a lot about it though and it seems to be effective for many people. I do love my VCO though and have it daily.
