Good luck with the lucid dreaming! I read a book that said one thing to try is when you think it might be a dream, hold your hand in front of your face. The first lucid dream I had I did that and it looked like a cartoon hand. There were bad guys chasing me - I said this is a dream and I can make you all go away. One of them smiled and said that's right, and they disappeared.

I've worked on lucid dreaming for years. Now when I realize it's a dream I often fly. I've also climbed up a huge rock wall, because I knew I could because it was a dream.
