Sorry, you are right. I went back and read the link I found under the name. They were listing ingredients that should be looked for in products for anxeity and calming, not what is in Seredyn. So I found a list of ingredients:

Active ingredients: Suntheanine, Passion Flower and Valerian Root .

Nutrients: Niacinamide and Magnesium Taurinate.

Good news is that I still have no problem with the ingredients except again for valerian, which is not really bad. I just don't like the smell of valerian, and like I pointed out some people have an opposite reaction. I do like kava better than valerian.
