I'm on the wall about shots. I understand some peoples fears and concerns but I have had all my shots (except the flu shot since I do not need it) and nothing has happen. So what does that mean? A lot of people that are against shots have already gotten all the required immunization. So who would they be to say the shots do not help and are bad? All seems a bit hypocritical.

Yes. I think getting shots white fasting would be not fasting. I view it the same as people that drink tea and coffee and pass it off as fasting. The person is still consuming something other then water.
