thank you for your kind help so far, it has really helped me in understanding in a little bit more detail what actually goes on inside our bodies!

i have one more question...

Also, I did a little research for NAC. Be careful with those products out there that advertise NAC (n-aceytl-cysteine) but really are selling NAC (n-aceytl-l-cysteine). Apparently, the latter makes facial hair grow!!

...this is an extract from another persons message. basically i bought N-Acetyl-Cysteine from holland and barrett (600mg one a day capsules...that smell a bit foul!) but then i noticed they were in the sports nutrition section and even though they are labelled correctly they might actually be the latter?
