I read on a Dr. Clark site that sometimes she has patients zapping all day long.
I figured it was safe then to use a few times daily. I have an autozap 5, which has 1000, 2500 and 30,000Hz settings. I usually do one of each session everyday, alternating using the straps on either ankles or wrists. I do feel the prickly picks of 2 of the cycles, is this normal. Is this too much zapping?
I am also using the zappicator, please anyone have experience with this? I would use this also 1-2x per day.
Only thing I noticed but may not be related is deep leg muscle tension and a vibrating quiver noise in my ear lately.
Please offer advise, I am new at this and led to believe that it was really safe.
