I don't normally recommend cleansing when you are pregnant - being in your 3rd trimester makes it even more tricky because stimulating the intestines could put you into pre-term labor. I think at this point I would just wait until the baby is born - then definately do the deworming while you are nursing because, no doubt, the baby will also have the same problem and you will want the dewormer to come through the breast milk.
