i was hoping someone somewhere would come right out and say yes, or no, sodium seems to be a main contributor to your problems!

i too am cold, when everybody else is cranking up the AC I run to get another sweater.

i will also check out the kelp you mentioned.

thanks, tonight i think i will crawl into bed with my trusty magnesium, calcium, alkalizing drink and...

a salt shaker! (only joking!)
