I am spraying Hydrogen peroxide externally to help with some conditions I have and it's going good, but I just wondered what's the best concentration.

I guess the short answer is. "Whatever works for you" but I wonder, has anyone experienced better or worse healing by changing the delivery strength and moderating the drop/spray level accordingly?

I prefer it very low strength, anyone else?
