It sounded great, shows how much i know. I better finish the bottle, as it was expensive, and my hubby will moan at me for wasting money lol. At least i don't have to pay that every month for it now.lol

I took 1/2 ounce early this morning, and have a rash on face and neck now. It could be my rosecea flaring up, i just don't know.

You can't take anything either side of it 1/2 an hour for food and drink and up to 2 hours, for other supplements, prescription drugs or whatever, but some stuff stays in the system all day, and if it enhances it that could be dangerous.

I like to take a product called Seredyn occassionly for anxiety, you're probably going to shoot that down in flames too lol. It is herbs, high niacinamide, and mag taurinate, but i find it works a treat. I only take on a as needed basis. I usually take only 2 capsules, but you can take up to 6 a day. It can work for up to 8 hours. I asked the company i got the intramax from if this would be alright to take with this, but the answer was so non-committal.

If i have to worry what i take with it all the time, perhaps it is not for me after all.

I did find some non alcohol bitters. I don't have any alcohol at all. They are not very expensive are they?

Would lemon not work?
