 Are these Swedish Bitters? Where can i get from? I'm in the uk. Is there a particular brand that's recommended?

All bitters will work since it is the bitterness that gives them their properties. But Swedish Bitters do contain harsh stimulant laxatives, so stick to  to very small doses.
