lol, This is what she told me as well, I eat a lot of Indian and Asian food, with a lot of tumeric, I also like to take it mixed with a spoon full of raw honey, as an anti-inflamitory if I have any hayfever. It works better than OTC hayfever drugs and is a lot cheaper to buy. My partner has had the flu this last week and has been using the tumeric/honey combination to ease his sinus congestion and sore throat.

I do wonder about the cholestrol levels that are considered normal, there seems to be a lot of controversy over what the normal level should be. I wonder also about how much an individuals levels change day to day, and if I had my levels checked on a different day would they have come back as normal.

I will be having another test next week and I'll post the results.
