Sorry, Kathryn, I didn't see your post until just now. I thought I would get an email message when someone replied, but I guess I didn't set it up correctly.

I will definitely follow your suggestions. I am very excited about this program. I see there is a lot for me to read on this site as well.

I read another book about fasting, but the author implied that you had to buy a lot of products to do it her way. And guess what... she sold most of the products! I like the Norman Walker plan, which seems simple to me and makes sense... and already I feel good after juicing for three days.
