Most stores selling men's shavers should have them, but it's kind of embarassing to try to buy one there -- they want to sell women's razors to women and they're useless for the face.
Take a look at
http://www.shavers.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_C...
or do a Google search.
What you want to make sure is that you search on Norelco shaver sales and that you get something at the top end of the range. The cheaper ones have nickel cadmium batteries rather than metal hydride or lithium ion. And you want to make absolutely certain that whatever you buy it's not a women's razor -- they really aren't designed for the face at all.
I've been shaving every day since I was fifteen and in 35 years I haven't found anything to beat the Norelcos. By the way, I'm assuming you're in the US. In Canada and the rest of the world they're "Philishave".
If I can help, let me know.
