I don't think it's at all likely. What might be more likely would be that the woman who's likely to take part in the "more adventurous" types of sexual activity may well do so because she has a higher sex drive because she already has higher testosterone levels. And if a woman has high testosterone levels, she will very probably have increased facial hair. If she's always had testosterone levels in the male range she may quite possibly have facial hair in the male range too.
