Better by far.

My journey really started with iodine; even though I tried so much stuff for over 30 years. I'm still using Iodine at about 12.5 per day. I take time off a occasionally. After megadose of Iodine for 5 months, I moved to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 9 months. Now I'm back at low dosage Iodine and diatomaceous earth for the few symptoms I have left. My sinus situation is so much improved that I just have a little maintenance for them. My chronic constipation is not much improved; and is why I doing diatomaceous earth now. I'm zapping as well.

As I've aged, now 61, I've learned that more age = more maintenance.

This relentless TX hill country 100+ degree for weeks (and no end in site) has wrecked havoc on my lifestyle - among other things. I even have to worry about what I order in the mail. Things fry in my mailbox.
