I forgot one big result - when I started, I was losing my hair, it was thinning and very dry and brittle. I had what looked like male pattern baldness going on. I had receding hair line at my temples. Now my hair has grown in at the temples, the hair that is there is almost an inch long - it is very clear that it is shorter than the rest of the hair around it. My hair is getting thicker and is not so dry and brittle. Just another result that I remembered. Oh, I have long fingernails now and the iris of my eyes is getting clearer (it had a yellowish cast to the eye color). Things just keep getting better.
