Holy moley (I haven't said that in 25 years).

So in your list ...
I did 6 weeks of lutein (marigold) and bilberry.
Goldenseal eye wash.
Castor oil drops in my eyes.
The last week I added eyebright as a wash and internally.

Are those the only things you did that you feel are responsible or did you take anything else ... i.e. Iodine/mag/sel etc?

I have the beginning signs of cataracts and I want them GONE!

I asked in the previous thread what type of cataract is was. Do you know what type?
