Fasting: A person wishing to be something different, what she or he is!

Descriptions by wikipedia:

"Anorexia nervosa is a psychiatric illness that describes an eating disorder characterized by extremely low body weight and body image distortion with an obsessive fear of gaining weight."

They are all some degree of mental disorders.

Correct eating can cure them all.
It can be said that correct eating is an art!

Although we aren't all artists, it may never be too late to start learning!
