I don't like the debate forums, they are not about healing, just people being nasty to others. I have found many good and honest people on the support forums that I visit, and have found many ways to improve my health, I am now very well and healthy. In nature all things seek balance, and this is how I like to live, with moderation and balance. Thank you for the welcome, which recipe did you want??
