I can't drink it at all. It tastes like plastic to me fasting or not. I feel like it almost gives me a grainy feeling in my throat. I can't even drink out of plastic cups etc. I have always hated it since I was a little kid. Those tupperware glasses in the 80's were the bane of my existance! LOL
