Thanks for all that info on healing what might be a pinched nerve or partially torn ligament. We do have chiro's in town but they always want to do full body x-rays and I've been nuked enough in my life. That plus $160.00 out of pocket. I'll try your suggestions first and go chiro if it doesn't heal.

I did take some digestive grape bitters before my lunch, BUT I got an eyedropper and put some on my tongue near the back where the bitter receptors are according to your posts. :)

It IS certainly BITTER, but it was also warming. Reminded me of booze! HA. So a few drops will do, yes?
