If you've got a heavy growth of pigmented facial hair and you've got hair receding at the temples and going thin at the crown then you've got an excess of testosterone that you should really see a doctor about if you want to tackle the problem at source.

The sooner the better, if you're going to sort out the male pattern baldness problem.
