MH said the same thing and he avoids water mainly. Well just got my 70 pounds of Watermelon for my 3 day Colon Cleanse so will be hydrated big time. I am seriously thinking of trying your diet. Did you see this

He states that he is eating raw meat too. I kept it in my favorites file. I live in Jordan so finding good fruits is hard. You are lucky you live in the land of Mangosteen. I love those.

So can you give us a typical day in your diet.
