I might repeat some of what has been said above. I am in a rush and have no time to read them all.

In my experience, back pain:

upper shoulder blade back pain is a sign of potassium deficiency. Potassium supplements - milk thistle (liver support) or Lugol (iodine with potassium)
are your different options in order to supplement. lugol, will also help support the thyroid gland.

Lower back pain: kidneys or adrenal glands. For kidneys a fast will help so will Urva ursi.
For adrenal fatigue (you will feel real stressed out if that is the sissue): //www.curezone.org/blogs/fm.asp?i=976142

dizzy: die -off symptom. More antioxydants.
clumsy: nervous system contamination. Sage supplements have helped me a lot. Some natural anti inflammatory as well, like Wolfberry (Lycium barbarum).
muscle tightness: magnesium deficiency. Candida depletes ma. it is important to supplement all through. Mag is essential in order to absorb calcium so if you have mag . deficiency you also suffer from calcium de ficiency.

stiff jaw: interesting. I did experience that at some point... is it related to the nervous failure? Good question!

brain fog: die-off symtom. Antioxydants

"It seems like these problems occurred after 3 or 4 days of NO minerals, while spending 40 minutes/day in the infrared sauna:"
It is utterly important to increase the antioxydants intake when you do intense detox. MOre selenium, more zinc more gingko biloba, as well as keeping your mineral in balance.

Setting a mineral balance is the key rule to GET STARTED on the healing process. You will know when you are utterly mineral deficient for you will get foot cramps. Setting them in balance is not so easy. It is real hard to know which one is the culprit. And onw should nbot neglect manganese (as well as calcium, magnesium, etc).

The key rule is liquid assimilates better. For it is one thing to swallow a suppl. and quite another to absorb it and get it in where it s needed (with candida in the way). Liquid magnesium: chloride mag. is the best at first. It tastes awful but a spoonful in a full glass of water helps with both taste and sabsorption. Liquid calcium- calcium fizz - the one which dissolves into water is great.

Take care,
Jhan
