Hi,
what kind of hair do you have all over your face? all people have hair on their face, for some its just more noticable. i advise to stop shaving as a number 1. it can make the hairs thicker, darker and more in each hair follicle. waxing hurts, but the hairs will grow back softer, finer and even less over time. i currently pluck the darker hairs on the sides of my face - but leave the blonde ones.

otherwise i suggest looking into laser treatment or electrolysis, it can be permanent but is expensive.
