Hi- I am 20 years old, and i have hair all over my face. when i was about 17 i shaved my face thinking it may leave forever, but obviously it hasn't. since then i've been shaving my face about once a week. i want this to stop. i want a face thats really smooth. i have about $200 im willing to spend. any ideas?
