Used to happen to me when I had Candida problems...would also start to sweat....I think it may have to do with leaky gut, stuff going straight into your system as it shouldn't...I just did a 2 1/2 day Coconut Oil fast...it was EASY...it is supposed to cure Candida/Leaky gut/Sweet cravings....I think it is worth a try .
