Good words Trapper.

Institutions work better when constructs are followed, maintained. When not followed, stuff just breaks. The work involved to make institutions work may be hard, but I like knowing I can depend on them too. Like you said, perhaps 95% of actions undertaken are done out of ignorance. You are kind... I think it may be worse than that.
