if you have candida, it is probably the grain or gluten in the bread that is making you ill...

if you think you are not sensitive to those things than

i also noticed a food intolerance of mine to unrefined coconut oil, nothing big like my intolerance to gluten which is an allergic reaction, but i would be hungry even after a meal with unrefined organic coconut oil...which for me could mean mold contamination in the oil...

it would be helpful to know what kind of sick you feel

but bread nor coconut oil would cause die off...they are not cleansing foods, i dont know why you would think that...in fact carbs+oil is one of candidas favorite foods after sugar...
