Something that always puzzles me is the posting of the symptoms of Iodine poisoning is used to debate whether the effects of bromine detox is just that , or in fact Iodine poisoning. When I started Iodine supplementing with 50mg of Lugols iodine per day (for FBD), I did have bromine detox symptoms, to counter these detox symptoms I increased my dose of iodine to 100mg per day for the next 4 weeks. Now if it was the iodine doing the poisoning, as suggested by some, the symptoms would have become worse with the increased dose, instead these symptoms dissappeared within a week, and have never returned in the 7 months since then. My severe FBD has also dissappeared.
