Yeppers, for some of us it takes longer - and for some, the big "picturesque 2 footers" don't ever seem to happen.

I'm big on checking out the 'contents', but when I'm cleansing (and doing 5 tablespoons a day), I usually have 4-5 bms (sometimes more)...and I do not take the time to 'thoroughly search' through each deposit! There have been many times when a 4-6 incher of mucoid plaque could have been hidden in the fiber blend - and I missed it.

I do believe high enemas, home or professional colonics are very beneficial...and are something we all should do. I'd LOVE to have one of these: http://www.myhomecolonic.siteusa.biz/shop.asp

...but my wee-tiny bathroom is WAY too wee-tiny. :(

The closest colonic therapist is a 4 1/2 hour round-trip. :(

If you have the bathroom for it, the money, and are close to a colonic therapist, I say: go for it! It's definitely worth the money - and with decades worth of issues in the constipation department, I'm sure it would be VERY beneficial (and it might save you "months worth" of IF#2 drinking!).
