Just reading about what you have been through in the last 2 weeks and how you are feeling now really scares me. Your body is really in the red zone and you need to see a doctor. Even if that means going on meds temporality, it is just that temporary to build yourself up again and then procede with your cleanse. You might have been a bit too harsh on your body and now it is out of control.
Don't fool around now because it seems to me that you have no reserve and your in a very weakened condition.
