Hi quark101,

Just do 2 1 cup enema for the time being. Then try to increase the second cup to 1 ½ cups or 2 cups. I believe that will help you eventually get 2 2 cup enemas.

You could also do 3 1 cup enemas instead of 2 enemas. Also a precleanse enema is very helpful. Please refer to Socalgrl reply to you.
