My grandmother always had us get yogurt with natural cultures, that would be NORMAL YOGURT... regular, light, fruit on the bottom, or what not, but normal stuff, not fancy... and eat a little cup with each pill of antibiotic.

I can say I NEVER got a yeast infection with while taking an antibiotic.

Maybe you could get buy with less of the yogurt goodness. I don't know.
