I have gotten the seaweed stuff out - I'm very surprised with MD and 3 cycles of IP that you haven't. That's quite surprising, actually. I guess it's probable that not everybody has it - but it's a process. Mucous is created and once it's become sediment - it forms a 'plaque'. I guess it's also probable that if you've been working this (even more gently before you met Uny) than yours had already begun breaking down.

I've been working on candida for a long time so I believe that's lower now but remember folks - when you cleanse and send dangerous things down into your colon - if you're not clean or efficient enough to then excrete them the rest of the way out - your body creates more candida to guard you from the ickies. It's a brilliant design. I can see the burrowed holes allowing for nutrient absorption but that's just a horrible image. lol

That's prime real estate for a parasite. What a brilliant design they have to nest themselves in the intermediary space between your food and your receptor sites - ya certainly can't say they're unintelligent. They also trigger you to eat the things you shouldn't when they feel their contract is up for review and you're considering evicting them from that prime real estate.

I do eat meat, but sparingly. I don't eat meat when I'm cleansing but, being from the southwest - I have a very hard time turning down a good plate of enchiladas - just not right now! lol I do not support the conventional meat industry and I'm convinced that it contributes greatly to our epidemic of hormonal imbalances and anger problems here in our country.

Great snippet - a kid wrote and asked Trapper months ago if it was ok to eat meat. Trapper replied that the kid could eat all the meat that he, himself, caught, killed, prepared and cooked. ;)
