Hey sug'-
I'll tell you what I'm thinkin', but remember I'm an apprentice, and not the "master" Uny is.
I don't think the coffee enemas are causing your weakness symptoms. If anything, coffee enemas make you feel good. Even when I get emotional releases (bouts of crying) while doing CEs (because the liver is the seat of emotions, and it only makes sense that with physical detoxing there is also emotional detoxing), it still feels good because I am that much more cleansed and free.
But ya know, when we are in heavy detox mode, we do have energy spikes and crashes, and days when we just can't seem to get moving. I notice this particularly on Day 5 of a liver flush, because it's a bunch of olive oil to process through, and it takes a lot of energy to do it. So on big Liver Flush days or even during the entire Liver Flush week, I try to be aware and try to be extra sweet to myself and those around me. It sounds like you are thinking about taking more Superfood, and I do that that quite often if I'm feeling sluggish. I also drink more water and juice, because I might just be dehydrated, and I might be needing a little more blood sugar. So yay you for thinking about these things.
Sea salt? No, we try to move away from even good quality rock salts/minerals *on the IP.* I personally love pink Himalayan salt, Lajoanna, but Dr. Gerson said absolutely NO salt for his cancer patients, and I see no evidence of Dr. Schulze using any kind of salt in any of his recipes with his patients. There are lots of people on Curezone I absolutely admire and adore who disagree with this salt issue, but Uny and I are committed to the protocols of the greatest natural healers the world has possibly ever seen, and if they didn't use good salt, we won't, either.
As I've really dug in and studied each of the components of the Incurables Program, I continually get blown away with the brilliance of Dr. Schulze . If you are concerned about electrolytes, and that's a good thing to be concerned about, please know that you are getting tons of plant vitamins and minerals in your Superfood. Healthy people take 2 tablespoons a day, healing people take 4, and many of us on the IP take/took 6 heaping tablespoons of Superfood a day. If you are doing the recommended juices, you are getting additional vitamins and minerals in their original form plus the added benefit of live enzymes and "chi"- which I think is the big difference between raw and cooked food.
In addition, Lajoanna, if you aren't making Potassium Broth, I encourage you to start. It is absolutely fantastic for electrolyte balance, tastes magnificent, and beats something like Gatorade all to pieces. Almost hate to put those two products in the same sentence. :)I have been adding cayenne powder to mine, which is an energy boost in itself.
Are you working out? That helps with energy levels, actual strength, and helps to regulate sleep. Helps with depression, too, fwiw.
Try these things: increase your Superfood, drink more water and juices, drink 3 cups of K Broth every day, boost your intake of cayenne, ramp up your workout level (hey, I am...), and see what happens. :)
I haven't the foggiest notion about why that breast is bothering you. Uny gets that one...
Hugs,
Wings
