Greetings!

I have been doing daily coffee enemas (2 back to back). I am feeling markedly weaker today after my enemas. I guess if I look back, I have felt similarly before but maybe not as noticeable. I think I read somewhere that the weakness could indicate an electrolyte imbalance....if so, how do I correct? More Superfood, water, good Sea Salt ? The area in my breast that sometimes has a nagging pain is nagging painful after the CE.

I can't think of anything I have done different today than from any other day besides not sleeping well the past two days.
