Thank you both so much - that's exactly the kind of information I was hoping for:-)

Btw, I am also gluten intolerant. I think I may have to stay away from this one. Is there an alternative I could take instead? I guess the same question applies to the trace minerals......

I am using Sea Salt , yet still I often feel dehydrated, no matter how much I drink, but as I understand that is another sign of adrenal fatigue....
