I have stopped most everything I was doing ... about a month or two ago. I was going to regroup and start anew perhaps in September, but I think I will have to do something sooner. I went completely off track, into sweets, fast food, etc., and I feel really horrible ... aches, pains, headaches, SEVERE depression, apathy, irritability, etc. I will have to start back on track sooner than planned ... probably within a couple weeks ... when I get my ducks in a row.

Hopefully, Dr. Ken will have more some input before then, otherwise I'll charge forth with something ... maybe a few days of a veggie/fruit & juice fast or something, dunno for sure yet.
