Hi, I'm new here. I've been told i have costo but may also have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I've had chronic pain for about 6 months and it's driving me made. I've had to trips to the ER and an echocardiogram which have all ruled out heart issues, but when I get that broad pain across my chest, down my left arm and into my neck it scares me despite have been given the all clear. I keep wondering if they've got it wrong. I like to exercise but now I get worried that something may happen to me when I'm pushing myself, even though I tend to get the pain after exercise, not during. It's horrible and it's driving me to be a really anxious person. Does anyone have any mental strategies they use to deal with this?
