If you are not chelating you just loaded yourself up with metals from die off.
If you do have Lyme you can add Amonnia to that as well which becomes problematic in the brain

Lysine is best taken all day long in 500mg doses to
3-4g per day. Copper toxicity stops the cells from producing their own, you will need to take lysine until this is solved.
