Thanks Uny!! Haven't tried it yet. Going to hold off as long as possible. I've tasted kava before and yes it is not something I'd order in a restaurant :) I read about the liver issues as well and from all I've read the fear is unfounded except in extreme rare cases. Thanks for the lecithin tip. I got it from the Kava seller but I'd much prefer the non GMO. Doubt the stuff I bought is that. Luckily it was only about 2 bucks.
