I'm still feeling great... and still smiling that big! Even today - I have absolutely no sore muscles except a slight tiny bit in both of my calves. That's it! I never thought it would be possible. I have ALWAYS had trouble exercising because it always made be feel just horrible! My whole body would ache for DAYS afterward.
