10 drops sounds like quite a bit just for a mouthwash. i personally tried 4-5 diluted for a mouthwash which was fine.

some people have raised questions about using activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as a mouthwash (longer term) being potentially corrosive to tooth enamel.
