Hey malvindo you are meant to start it on the new moon which is different to the full moon.

The full moon happens 2 weeks after the new moon and that is the recomended minimum time.

Hey uny, I wrote a message but it's on page 3 so you probably missed it or are too busy to go looking through the back pages. I would like to heal some scars aswell as doing the IP program.
