i am sorry for such a delay in my response i just wanted to let u know that i stopped all forms of carbs now i am on a diet of vegetables like cabbage brocolli ginger garlic onion avocado and chicken but i need enzymes cause i feel like part of my problem is i can't digest food but i have tried udo's ultimate digestive enzyme but it's ineffective so i have been trying to get raw milk and raw milk by-products but it's banned in maryland where i live do u know where i can get them cause it's the best form of probiotic and enzymes and also raw colostrum and raw sauerkraut thanks for ur time
